A1 Spice World: Return Policy

Customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions upon placing any order.

A-1 will accept the return of unopened spices and seasonings that are packaged in the 7 oz, 16 oz or 32 oz containers. A-1 will not accept returns of any products that are packaged in bulk sizes. If you need assistance during ordering, please call to insure that you have ordered the correct product. A return authorization number is required before any item can be returned.

Unopened returns must be requested within 15 days of the shipment date. Returns must arrive within 7 days of receiving an authorization number. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned products. Products must be returned in the condition that they were received or a fee may be assessed which could reduce the refund amount. The customer assumes all shipping fees for returns or exchanges.
